Farmlands trust (flt) continues its 'field to plate' initiative to grow harvest and donate fruit and vegetables primarily to our place society via the flt's 10-year lease off the district of saanich's newman farm and to aid in pollinator enhancement. Flt continues to build relationships with first nations local municipal councils and senior government representatives around agriculture and to provide information throughits website regarding matters of food security and farming issues and provides education through its farm resources guide and outreach programs.
