In its own words
We preserve and interpret the history and technology of street railways with particular interest on edmonton's streetcar system. We collect and restore significant artifacts relevant to street railway history and technology. We also maintain and operate street railways in fort edmonton park and the high level bridge in edmonton as well as a museum in the high level bridge location. We cooperate with other museums of similar interest and promote public awareness of edmonton's streetcar history.
