The Dorothy Ley Hospice has two main purposes: a community support program where we provide support in people's homes and; a residential care program where we provide 24-hour care in a home-like environment during people's last weeks of life. With our community support program we provide care coordination and in-home support to individuals diagnosed with a life-limiting illness who live in Etobicoke and West Toronto.
