The office functions as the pastoral administration resource centre of the anglican church of canada. The diocese is located in south central manitoba and a portion of northwestern ontario. It is also the office of the synod the governing body of the diocese and the office of the bishop. Administration of the business of the synod (a corporation under the laws of the province of manitoba).
