The museum is open 5 days a week from may to september. Tje museum is closed mondays and tuesdays. Tours are given to senior groups school and other small groups ( individuals etc) the last sunday in august is 'heritage day' drawing approximately 1000 people this event includes displays stage entertainement demonstrations along with individuals having access to all the buildings and their pioneer artifacts. There is a club called 'reviving the past' which is a group of men an women who meet on tuesdays from may to october to work on tools repairs and maintenance to the buildings and gro…
