Organization operates a theatre which produces live performances annually. Each production runs for approximately three-four weeks of performances with approximately four weeks of preparation per show. Every show uses its own team of producers designers actors and stage management with an engagement period for each production of six-eight weeks. Organization also produces workshops to develop new new works. Workshops runs for approximately one to two weeks and engage actors directors stage managers for an engagement period of one to two weeks.
