The main purpose of the foundation is to raise and distribute funds for the advancement of knowledge and care in the fields of child health research as well as to provide equipment and fund programs at the Children's Hospital of Winnipeg. The foundation provides studentships awards fellowships and operating grants to support child health research; it supports the children's hospital child life program and funds special medical equipment and facility renovation projects in support of child health care.
