Child welfare and ongoing support for families in their homes in the halton region. Children & youth services including foster care programs for short or longer periods. Adoption to assist children and youth in our care to find permanent homes in halton. Bridging the gap: programs for youth who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in halton region. The program provides supports that help the youth with transitional housing and resources until they find a permanent address.
