The children’s aid society of haldimand and norfolk provides child protection and child welfare services as mandate by the child youth and family services act (cyfsa) on ontario. The agency provides financial assistance to economy disadvantage children and youth with registration costs of summer programs and recreational activities. The agency also provides bursaries to wards of the cas to assist with the financial costs of post-secondary education. The children’s aid society of haldimand and norfolk and the children’s aid society of brant amalgamated as of april 1 2022.
