On december 1 2020 a letter was sent to charities directorate requesting the voluntary revocation of the 'the charles taylor foundation's' chairitable registration. On october 13 2021 form t2046 was filed. The final notice of assessment for the tax year ending april 9 2021 is attached hereto.
