The trust developed and distributed educational materials to the general public about responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of parrots along with the status of parrots in the wild. These materials were delivered through ongoing addition to the website monthly e-mail campaigns yearly presentations at national conferences and periodical written contributions to national and international publications.
