To provide a permanent site to house exhibits memorabilia and other materials in facilities to carry out the objectives of the charity. From the permanent location the charity would sponsor and operate travelling exhibits and shows throughout canada and educate & inform the canadian public as to the history development and future of the sport of horse racing in canada and the contributions made to canadian society of those involved in horse racing.
