The calgary ymca foundation ('foundation') exists for the purpose of raising funds for the calgary young men's christian association ('association'). On december 31 2002 the assets of the foundation were transferred to the association. The foundation still exists for the purpose of flowing through existing known and unknown bequests for the association. Thus the foundation continues to operate as a seperate entity.
