The caia connection supports the work of the kuwangisana organization in rural sofala provine of mozambique. Ongoing program include providing food and supplies for the preschool and school breakfast programs. We support the traditional music program which has been very successful. We provided emergency food and supplies for the elderly and most vulnerable in sena and kapasseni areas as the crops did not do well during the drought this year. We provided 5 scholarships in 2024 for post secondary education. 3 students graduated at the end of the year.
