The brumara foundation is a private foundation incorporated without share capital in the province of ontario on july 31 1999. The principal purpose of the foundation is to make gifts to other registered charities or qualified donees from the income earned in its perpetual funds. In november 1999 the foundation received a donation of $2 000 000 to be held in perpetuity.
