The charitable of the brockville rowing club was achieved throughout the fiscal period by providing a recreational facility to promote and support amateur rowing and other recreational activities to the brockville community and surrounding area. The programs includes all ages and levels of skill. The summer camp program is designed to introduce the facility to the youth of the area at a reasonable fee. The camp will facilitate rowers who cannot pay the fee
