The Charity was in the process of being wound-up in 2020. According the Will of the late Roger G Brabant the assets of the charity were to be donated to the Hamilton Community Foundation and then wound up following his decease. This was essentially completed in November 2020. The very few assets remaining in The Brabant Foundation will be donated to the Hamilton Community Foundation after the final legal fees relating to the dissolution of The Brabant Foundation's Ontario Corporation are paid within the first few months of 2021.
