Funds are to be contributed each year through the proceeds of the barrie colts annual golf tournament jersey auctions the 50/50 program and periodic contributions from the horsepower sports & entertainment group inc. And the owners of the barrie colts junior hockey ltd. Monies generated through bcf are to be paid out to various charities in our local community. Our ongoing goal is to help people in need in our community and make sure the barrie area is a better place …
