The auxiliary manages and operates the bc women's hospital & health centre room-service cart; located within the hospital. Volunteers stock the room service cart as well as determine inventory selection making purchasing decisions and selling the inventory on an on-going basis. The cart also stocks hand-knit items made by auxiliary volunteers. The auxiliary is a 49% participant in a thrift shop joint venture called 'still fabulous' together with the auxiliary to bc children's hospital which sells used women's men's and children's clothing and accessories.
