We offer caregiver and family support education and awareness for those affected by alzheimer's disease or realted dementia. We do cognitive testing and assessment though first link referrals. We do have home visiting recreation thereapy programs for person with alzheimer's disease or related dementia to increase or improve acivity socialization.
