Afga carries out a number of broad programs during the fiscal year these included habitat retention and protection grassland and parkland protection education camps and boating and firearm safety. Additionally afga administers the minister special license grant program which funds worthy conservation projects focusing on mule deer elk and bighorn sheep as well as land stewardship habitat improvement education and other conservation related projects.
