The program provides instruction to its member cadets in citizenship leadership survival training first aid instructional techniques drill and ceremonial procedures effective speaking and the basic of aviation and aeronautics. The program is available to persons aged 12 to 18 and may provide educational credits towards high school graduation. The cadets participate in community events such as remembrance day ceremoney battle of britain parade and santa clause parade.
