Thames valley district school board (tvdsb) provides public education on an equal opportunity basis enabling all learners to develop the skills attitude knowledge and values that will empower them to participate in and contribute positively to the local and global communities. In addition to providing public education programs tvdsb also provides scholarships bursaries and awards to students primarily through funds donated to the board for those purposes.
