Operates a fish hatchery for the lakes around temagami ontario working under permits from the ontario ministry of natural resources. Eggs are collected from mature walleye in the spring fertilized and brought to hatch in incubators in the hatchery building producing hatch rates much higher than in the wild. Some fish are released back in to area lakes as 'fry' and some are trasnferred to holding ponds until they reach the larger 'fingerling' size and the released into the wild.
