We design and deliver programs that can help treat depression and anxiety through physical activity and awareness for youth. To save one life at a time we help youth to feel unbreakable. Team Unbreakable works to build awareness of the issues surrounding youth mental health and suicide in order to help recognize warning signs and help reduce the stigma associated with suicide and mental illness.
