The funds has been established with the dual objects of (I) providing financial assistance to needy children to permit them to attend summer camp for one month at a qualifying summer camp of their choice and (ii) to donate funds to organizations that are qualified donees under the income tax act (canada) and that serve as vehicles for children to acquire camping experience in the canadian wilderness.
