In its own words

Funds are used to purchase capital equipment and also to attract doctors to travistock. On the operations side the charity owns shares of a corporation the owns a medical facility in travistock. Effective july 1 2002 the charity began running the medical facility on a daily basis. Effective december 2021 all equipment/staffing/supplies are supplied by the doctors not the charity. Rent is charged by the charity to cover the building's repairs maintenance and utilities.
