The major program of sdrj is the community justice conference (cjc) which takes place in a safe controlled setting in the community. The victims(s) accused and their respective guardians and/or support people are brought together with trained accredited facilitators to discuss the offence its effects and to jointly decide how to right the wrong that has been done.
