The Strathcona Christmas Bureau annual campaign provides Christmas hampers of food vouchers toys and gifts to qualified residents of Strathcona County that meet financial needs criteria. Potential recipients are either (a) referred by other agencies or (b) self referred using a detailed application process. If applicants are deemed to meet the requirements of need based on financial criteria a suitable hamper is prepared for the individual and/or family and is delivered by volunteers.
