The foundation raises invests and distributes funds to the stan cassidy centre for rehabilitation ('sccr') its patients staff and medical suppliers for the enhancement of the centre's facilities and services. In november 2020 the foundation entered into an agreement with the chalmers foundation a registered charity whereby all programs and assets of the foundation were transferred to the latter organization. The chalmers foundation will continue the programs which support the sccr. The wind-up of the foundation's operations was essentially complete by march 31 2021.
