St. Clare's-monaco place rents self-contained apartments to tenants who live independently. Rent subsidies are provided to tenants who qualify based on financial need. St. Clare's-monaco place works with partner agencies in the community that assist people who are homeless or marginalized. Partner agencies refer clients to live in apartments operated by st. Clare's-monaco place.
