The Sooke Hospice Society provides palliative support and care for terminally ill patients in the Sooke BC geographical region. The support is in the form of assistance with pain management and the discomforts of illness. The society provides home support and inhouse care services. The society also provides education and training of volunteers to assist the palliative care of patients and education for end of life care.
