In its own words
The society provides a green burial alternative for the community of new denver and surrounding area. Two volunteers manned an information/membership table bi-weekly at the farmer’s market in the summer months. Clean-up parties were held to clear and beautify the land each attended by 5-10 volunteers working 4 hours. Volunteers built a 12’ x 8’ utility/storage shed on the land in november. We had three more burials on the land in 2024.
