Working with corrections canada sing for life operates musical education and participation programs for inmates of edmonton institution for women. It also operates the edmonton downtown men's choir for men living in vulnerable circumstances providing them with opportunity for musical education and participation. In 2023 a guitar instruction program was started at edmonton institution for women. A community choir for women was established to provide a bridge to support reintegration of former inmates into the community.
