To operate a community center and other activities associated therewith for all the residents of the shrewsbury and garlan communities. To serve as a clearing house for opinions and suggestions regarding matters of general concern such as the physical aspects of community growth and betterment and the general welfare of the community residents.to promote group and community projects for the common good of the residents of the communities. Current projects include ribs and blues festival maple syrup festival membership drive and various other community events.
