Serena ontario provides information on fertility awareness and family planning methods specifically the symptom-thermal method of natural family planning. We provide complete training and follow-up support for the application of the symptom-thermal method. Our members provide educational sessions on the topics of natural family planning achieving pregnancy and issues around menopause.
