Senior persons living connected provides services to seniors in the community. These services include: alzheimer programs chinese and greek day programs congregate dining meals on wheels transportation supportive housing security checks and friendly visiting. Services to seniors and their families include crisis intervention assistance referral services and caregiver support services. As well recreation and social activities are provided to help seniors maintain their independence and well being.
