Providing programs for seniors 55 years and older that promote physical and emotional health by offering guided physical and mental activity sessions social activities and remediation of isolation. Presently the charity provides exercise sessions for seniors 3 times a week and social interaction opportunities as well as healthy living informational and educational workshops/presentations 2 times a week. As well there are Aerobic Dance and Pilates Classes once a week in 8-week cycles. Some of these have been sporadically interrupted by Covid-19 regulations.
