Semiahmoo Peninsula Marine Rescue Society supports Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue – Station 5 Crescent Beach(RCMSAR 5) which is a volunteer organization providing marine search and rescue capabilities serving the ocean waters of White Rock South Surrey southern Delta and the Strait of Georgia. RCMSAR Station 5 has 35 dedicated extremely well-trained volunteers on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year ready to respond to incidents on and around the water.
