The sspi provides music education through weekly group lessons and orchestral training for violin viola cello and double bass. Four public concerts are presented by students annually as well as performances at community centers and events. During the early summer the ssspi operates a week long day camp (summer string experience) in musical instruction for students aged 3 to 16 years.
