In its own words

Sjcce was orginally designed as a central database to ensure families were not registered with more than 1 organization for christmas support. Eventually sjcce raised funds to help families taht did not have sponsors. Those funds raised now go to churches & organizations to help support the families they register. Sjcce no longer give directly to individuals or families.
