The main program is the advanced agricultural leadership program offering agricultural and rural leadership programming. Through seminars workshops study tours and other activities the skills and capacity of individuals involved in ontario's rural and agricultural sectors is increased. Alumni of the program have access to life-long learning opportunies. The rural ontario institute participates in provincial alliances and partnership projects that provide a rural profile and voice in an attempt to gain and transfer knowledge.
