Residenza Affordable Housing was developed to raise funds for building and maintaining a residential retirement community facility for the Italian senior community in London Ontario. They provide culturally sensitive care through social activities language food and ambiance within programs for seniors in affordable housing units. A second affordable housing facility was completed in fiscal 2020 to service more affordable housing needs for veterans low income earners and residents who require barrier free units.
