Au volet individuel l'organisme effectue des suivis individuels sous forme de rencontres effectuées majoritairement au domicile des personnes suivis afin d'améliorer leurs mieux-être. Égalememt l'organisme offre une clinique d'impôt afin de produire les rapports des personnes qui le souhaite. Au volet collectif il y a organisation et supervision d'activités diverses offertes à la clientèle visée.
