The organization is a community-based homeless outreach program focused on delivering essential services to vulnerable populations through steet-level engagement. In 2024 the organization maintained operations at the wallaceburg drop-in centre and the chatham drop-in centre each consistently serving 30 to 40 individuals daily with nutritious meals and basic supports. Additionally the outreach initiative in chatham provided an average of 325 lunches per session directly to individuals in need.
