Raven supports indigenous communities to pursue legal and environmental justice. Raven is currently supporting 5 on-going partnerships such as gitxaala heiltsuk wetsuweten beaver lake cree nation st’kemlups te secwepemc. In 2023 raven signed a new partnership with breathing lands. This collective agreement with 11 first nations in northern ontario is seeking land and title rights to protect their traditional territory from unwanted mining operations while heiltsuk is seeking justice from diesel spill that has impacted their traditional ways of being on the west coast.
