The port alice marine rescue society is in support of the royal canadian marine search and rescue unit #43 port alice's operations with training maintenance and use of equipment. Operating and maintaining the jeune landing wharf in the village of port alice as per the transport canada operating agreement. Training of volunteers for search and rescue safe boating. Providing free loans of pfd's for children as a part of the 'kid's don't float' program.
