Accessioning of archival library and artefact donations takes place year round along with improvements to conservation and storage of the collection. The current exhibition ' they left a legacy' is open to the public. Volunteers offer workshops that teach folk art traditions such as pisanki ( egg decorating) wycinanki ( paper cutting art) as well as christmas tree ornaments on site we well as in schools and community centres. Community events for heritage days open houses also allow outreach within the community of north end winnipeg.
