Plast is a ukrainian scouting organization that encourages its members to fulfil their potential acquire leadership skills & learn to work co-operatively. The aim of plast is to guide youth to be competent responsible & valuable citizens of local national & world communities. Plast uses proven tools of self-development following the principles of the scouting movement.
