Establish operate maintain equip and direct a communitiy pipe band in the city of stratford and surrounding area. The organization also provides instruction in the playing of pipes and drums and holds public performances concerts and exhibitions for the purpose of educating and advancing the public's understanding and appreciation of pipe band music as well as any other complementary purposes not inconstent with these objectives.
